Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@qoriatelier.com with your order number.
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following standards:

Must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Must be in original, unworn condition with no scratches, dents, tarnish, or signs of use.

Must include all original packaging, such as jewelry boxes, pouches, tags, or authenticity cards.

Items showing wear, damage, or alterations may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces

Final-sale items or items marked as non-returnable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing once the item arrives back to us.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item, please start a return following the steps above. You may then place a new order for the item you prefer.
